This Privacy Policy explains how OpenClaw collects, uses, and protects information when you use OpenClaw services, including SMS notifications sent through our Twilio phone number.

We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as delivery logs, message status, timestamps, device or browser information, and usage activity.

SMS Consent and Mobile Information
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from OpenClaw, we use your phone number and consent record only to send the messages you requested, manage delivery, respond to HELP or STOP requests, and maintain compliance records.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators, carriers, messaging providers, and other vendors required to deliver and support the text messaging service.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate OpenClaw, such as hosting, messaging, analytics, support, security, and infrastructure providers. These providers are allowed to use information only to provide services to us.
